Club Pilates

Issy is a great instructor! She teaches using proper form and the classes flow great. I love the Cardio Sculpt class for a good workout. Men can really benefit from learning Pilates and the proper form of the exercises. The stretching, increased flexibility and muscular work are all great reasons to add Pilates to a fitness regimen. The progressive work will challenge any participant and it’s a great way to take care of your body. The Club Pilates team are professional, great teachers, fun to have leading workouts and truly care about their clients. I love the variety of classes and always enjoy taking the classes Issy teaches.

I am new to Pilates and Mary Kay is a fabulous instructor! She explains moves so that it is easy to understand. Her energy keeps me engaged in the class the whole time - love it!

I’ve been attending for about a year and a half. I started with one class a week and quickly upgraded to unlimited. My strength, endurance, and flexibility have increased exponentially. Mary Kay gives you a killer workout every time! Kayce runs a top-notch studio while also teaching great classes. Jennifer and Susan are guaranteed to push you to be your best. Can’t say enough good things about Club Pilates!

Ashley is the best. Just hands down the best. She helps me adjust without making a big deal out of someone who’s just learning. She’s funny and remembers everyone’s names! She makes it comfortable being a newbie to Pilates. I’ll always take her classes!! Plus everyone that’s works there are awesome! I’m so happy to be there!! Keep up the good work!

Love CP cool springs! Kayce does a phenomenal job running this location and is one of the big reasons why I drive a little further when other locations are closer. Pilates has helped me immensely and I couldn’t give a higher recommendation for this team. Worth every penny! PS: Aimee is a killer instructor and always brings such a positive attitude to her classes.
